What You Need To Know
What is needed to initiate the bulk production phase?
Samples are required, whether they are produced by ZASHO or provided by you.

What is the MOQ （minimum order quantity）for bulk orders?
30 pcs per design per color for standard styles (More complex styles may require a higher MOQ).
Is there a size quantity limit per color for each design?
For orders of 30 pieces, you can mix up to 4 sizes.
For orders of 50 pieces, you can mix up to 5 sizes.
For orders of 100 pieces, you can mix up to 6 sizes.
How long does bulk clothing manufacturing take?
Bulk Production Phase: 2–3 weeks Once you have approved the final sample and all details are locked in, we move to full-scale manufacturing.
If you are a returning customer and want to re-order stock, we can usually shorten this time frame.
What are the shipping options for bulk orders?
We offer flexible shipping solutions to ensure your bulk order reaches you safely, on time, and within your budget. Depending on your deadline and the size of your order, you can choose from the following options:
1. Air Freight (Fastest)
Estimated Transit: 5 – 10 business days.
Best For: Small to medium-sized orders (like your 30-100 MOQ orders) or urgent collection launches.
Service: Door-to-door or Door-to-Airport via our partnered logistics providers (DHL, FedEx, or specialized air cargo).
2. Sea Freight (Most Economical)
Estimated Transit: 30 – 45 days (depending on destination).
Best For: Large, heavy shipments (e.g., hundreds of Martial Arts Gis or heavy bags) where shipping cost is a priority over speed.
Service: We can assist with LCL (Less than Container Load) shipping to your nearest seaport.
3. Use Your Own Forwarder
If you have an established relationship with a freight forwarder, we can coordinate with them. You can arrange for your forwarder to pick up the goods directly from our facility in Sialkot.
Request a Quote: Shipping costs fluctuate based on fuel prices and seasonal demand. Once your production is near completion, we will provide you with estimated transit times and costs so you can make the best choice for your brand.
Practical Steps
Quotation
After confirming the product information and quantity, we will provide you with an initial bulk quotation.
To proceed with bulk production, we will require you to pay the first payment after accepting our initial quotation.
Pre-production Sample
Any adjustments to details such as fit, print colors, size, and position will be finalized in a pre-production sample before bulk production begins.
If the bulk products are identical to the samples, this step will be skipped, and production will proceed directly to bulk manufacturing.
Bulk Production
The process of bulk production generally includes: fabric sourcing and pre-shrinking, size grading, cutting, printing, sewing, and washing (if required).
The exact bulk production time varies based on the complexity of the product.
Quality Inspection and Control
After the completion of bulk production, our quality control team will conduct a thorough inspection of the products to ensure they meet our quality standards.
Once the quality check is finalized, we will notify you of the actual shipment quantity and proceed to confirm the specific logistics arrangements.
Packaging and Transportation
The finished goods will be individually packaged according to your requirements.
Upon receiving the final payment for the bulk order and the shipping cost, we will coordinate with the logistics company to dispatch the goods to your destination.
