TERMS AND CONDITIONS AGREEMENT FOR ZASHO PAKISTAN
PLEASE READ THIS T&C AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS SITE. BY USING THE ZASHO SITE, YOU ARE AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, DO NOT USE THE ZASHO SITE. AND, IF PRESENTED WITH THE OPTION TO “AGREE” OR “DISAGREE” TO THE TERMS, CLICK “DISAGREE”.
These Terms and Conditions of Use (the “Terms of Use”) apply to the ZASHO PLUS INDUSTRIES site located at https://zashoplusindustries.com/, and all associated sites linked to https://zashoplusindustries.com/ by ZASHO, its subsidiaries and affiliates, including ZASHO sites around the world (collectively, the “Site”). The Site is the property of Zasho Plus Industries. (“ZASHO”) and may be operated under license by affiliated entities.
BY ACCESSING OR USING THE SITE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS OF USE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT USE THE SITE.
ZASHO reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of these Terms of Use, at any time. It is your responsibility to check these Terms of Use periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes will mean that you accept and agree to the changes. As long as you comply with these Terms of Use, ZASHO grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited privilege to enter and use the Site.
ALL RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS UNDER THIS AGREEMENT MAY BE FREELY ASSIGNED BY ZASHO TO ANY OF ITS AFFILIATED ENTITIES OR ANY OF THE SUBSIDIARIES OF THE ZASHO PLUS INDUSTRIES, AROUND THE WORLD.
THIS AGREEMENT IS A LEGALLY BINDING CONTRACT GOVERNING THIS WEBSITE AND THE PURCHASE AND SALE OF ALL PRODUCTS & SERVICES. WE RECOMMEND THAT YOU DOWNLOAD AND RETAIN A COPY OF THIS AGREEMENT FOR YOUR RECORDS.
EXCLUSIVE JURISDICTION AGREEMENT
By purchasing products and services from ZASHO, the client acknowledges and agrees that all contracts and transactions shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the People’s Republic of Pakistan. The client expressly waives the right to bring legal proceedings against ZASHO in any jurisdiction outside of Pakistan. The client agrees that the sole and exclusive jurisdiction for resolving any disputes related to the purchase of products or services shall be the courts located in Sialkot, Punjab, Pakistan. The governing language for any legal matters shall be English / Urdu.
If any provision of this agreement, or part thereof, is held to be unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remainder of the agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
Preliminary Dispute Resolution

You and ZASHO agree to make a good faith effort to resolve any dispute, claim, or disagreement through informal negotiation before initiating any lawsuit or arbitration.
Waiver of Class Actions
All claims and disputes must be resolved on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative proceeding. Claims of multiple customers or users may not be arbitrated or litigated jointly or consolidated with those of any other individual.
**Contractual Terms and Conditions Agreement**
**I. Introduction**
This document constitutes the official Terms and Conditions for the products and services provided by ZASHO PLUS INDUSTRIES (hereinafter referred to as “ZASHO”). By submitting an inquiry or placing an order with ZASHO, the customer fully agrees to these Terms. Customers may review the latest version of the Terms on this page at any time. ZASHO reserves the right to modify these General Terms of Sale at any time, without prior notice and without obligation to publish such changes on the website.
ZASHO shall not be held liable for any issues arising from the unavailability of the website, regardless of duration, and reserves the right to restrict access to parts of the site for technical or legal reasons.
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Services. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you must not use the Services.
**II. Governing Law**
This Agreement and its enforcement shall be governed by the Exclusive Jurisdiction Agreement set forth above and subject to the laws of Pakistan.
**III. Product Information**
ZASHO operates a B2B martial arts customization website at https://zashoplusindustries.com/ The site provides custom manufacturing services exclusively for B2B clients. All products are made to order on a B2B basis and are not sold to end consumers.
**IV. Payment Terms**
Sample Orders: Full payment is required upfront.
Bulk Orders: A 50% deposit is required to initiate the production process. Production will be suspended if payment is delayed until the deposit is received. The remaining 50%, based on the final invoice, must be paid before shipment. If the customer fails to pay the balance within one month from the date of receiving the final invoice, it will be considered that the customer has abandoned the goods, and ZASHO reserves the right to dispose of the goods at its sole discretion.
Logistics Services: Full payment is required prior to shipment.
**V. Shipping Terms**
All risks and responsibilities related to the shipment shall be borne by the customer. Once the goods are handed over to a third-party carrier, ZASHO shall no longer be liable for any fees, losses, delays, or customs issues.
Customers may choose to use third-party carriers partnered with ZASHO or select other carriers at their own discretion.
**VI. Production and Delivery Timelines**
All timelines provided by ZASHO are estimates and intended as guidance only. Due to the complexity of the production process and involvement of multiple third-party partners, actual delivery times may vary. While we strive to meet the estimated schedules, ZASHO cannot be held responsible for any delays beyond our control.
**VII. Global Supply Chain Disclaimer**
Due to ongoing global supply chain instability, there may be delays or shortages affecting parts of the production chain. ZASHO is not liable for any related delays or losses.
**VIII. Refund and Claims Policy**
Samples: Non-refundable. Customers may request photos for confirmation before shipping. In case of quality issues, we will negotiate a resolution.
Bulk Orders: All bulk orders are considered final once confirmed and deposit payment is received. As all products are made-to-order, production preparation — including raw material sourcing and factory scheduling — begins immediately upon order confirmation. Therefore, all bulk order payments are strictly non-refundable. Order cancellation is not accepted once the order has been placed and deposit has been received. Customers are responsible for reviewing and confirming all order details prior to payment. Any exception, if granted, will be reviewed solely at our discretion.
**IX. Confidentiality Notice**
Information disclosed by ZASHO, including trade secrets and business plans, is confidential. Unauthorized disclosure may lead to termination of the business relationship and potential legal action.
**X. Quality Assurance**
ZASHO shall not be held responsible for errors or defects caused by incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client. It is the client’s responsibility to thoroughly review and verify all submitted materials before placing an order to prevent such errors.
**XI. Modifications to Ongoing Production**
For bulk production, clients may request modifications to the original order. ZASHO will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests; however, any changes may result in delays or additional costs. ZASHO shall not be held liable for any such delays or expenses.
Clients are strongly advised to finalize all requirements prior to the commencement of production. If changes are requested during production, ZASHO will assess them on a case-by-case basis and inform the client of any applicable costs or timeline adjustments.
**XII. Inflation Disclaimer**
For orders extending beyond a three-month period, please note that all prices, fees, and financial estimates provided by ZASHO are subject to adjustment due to inflation or other economic factors. Inflation may affect the purchasing power of currency and, consequently, the actual cost and pricing of goods and services.
While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date pricing information, future prices cannot be guaranteed to remain consistent with those quoted at the time of order. Clients are advised to plan and budget accordingly, taking into account potential economic fluctuations.
ZASHO shall not be held liable for any price variations resulting from increases in raw material costs or changes in market conditions.
