ZASHO PLUS INDUSTRIES - TERMS OF SERVICE

OVERVIEW

This website is operated by ZASHO PLUS INDUSTRIES. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to ZASHO PLUS INDUSTRIES. By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

SECTION 1 – B2B MANUFACTURING & CUSTOM ORDERS Zasho Plus Industries is a B2B martial arts customization manufacturer. All products are made-to-order based on client specifications. We do not sell to end consumers. By placing an inquiry, you acknowledge you are a business entity.

SECTION 2 – EXCLUSIVE JURISDICTION (PAKISTAN) All contracts and transactions shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the People’s Republic of Pakistan. The client expressly waives the right to bring legal proceedings against ZASHO in any jurisdiction outside of Pakistan. The sole and exclusive jurisdiction for resolving disputes shall be the courts located in Sialkot, Punjab, Pakistan.

SECTION 3 – PAYMENT TERMS (BULK ORDERS)

  • Deposit: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to initiate production.

  • Balance: The remaining 50% must be paid before shipment.

  • Abandonment: If the balance is not paid within 30 days of the final invoice, the goods will be considered abandoned, and Zasho Plus reserves the right to dispose of them at our discretion.

SECTION 4 – REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY As all products are custom manufactured (made-to-order), all sales are final. * Samples: Strictly non-refundable.

  • Bulk Orders: Once production starts, cancellations are not accepted, and deposits are non-refundable.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING & RISK OF LOSS All risks and responsibilities related to shipment are borne by the customer (Ex-Works Sialkot). Once goods are handed over to a third-party carrier (DHL, FedEx, etc.), ZASHO is no longer liable for delays, losses, or customs issues.

SECTION 6 – INFLATION & PRICE ADJUSTMENTS Due to global supply chain instability, any quotes provided are valid for 30 days. For orders extending beyond 3 months, Zasho Plus reserves the right to adjust pricing based on raw material inflation or currency fluctuations.

SECTION 7 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY In no case shall ZASHO PLUS INDUSTRIES, our directors, or employees be liable for any lost profits, lost revenue, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or delays in shipping.
